question about player's flag (87)

is there anyrule about the flag ?
i mean :
players using "fake" flag to get advantage (e.g. Local Country Winner ) <-- allowed or not ?

i see that ppl that report their flag has been change ... most of them are the "local country winner" hunter

Players from different countries AREN'T aloud to play under flags. If you see a player with a wrong flag you should report it to LeafaR in the abuse crew forum.
