1. can i change the flag ? 1.a. if i cant ... then who can ? 2. can i add flag to ppl that dont have country flag ? 2.a. if i cant ... then who can ? 3. what is the regulation about : a. using fake country ( i mean ppl from country X ... play with Z Flag to get prizes ) b. "word war" at square ... i mean like said something BAD about other ppl's family etc etc

1. no you can't 1a. Abuse are the ppl who does this, report to them 2.report to abuse 2a. abuse 3. a. report to abuse they deal with it b. check the topic of how to give bans in Police Crew
