this user told me that he/she have niger's flag b4
can you ( admin or anyone that have power to do that ) to re check ? if it's true ... can you give him/her back the flag ?

Flag Back??
All flags that i change before i look the IPs and i see if is the country, but always isnt, because use Proxy to make the account, so we have to be carefoul with this

Badm4n, think about it:
People in niger can hardly feed themselves everyday, let alone buy a computer, get internet acsess and get onto this site...
