i have some Suggestions maybe its helps

1- u can buy 20 tickets with 10 credit

2-you can help ur frind to get out of jail with paying bribe for him

3-i heard there is no criedt for the frist one on his country so u can give em another thing like 500 tolr and same for streng as agift

4-about proxies i guess its not hard to get them by proxies fillter system or u can put on ur conf file the providor for each country.

example: 62.xxx.xxx.xxx = Egypt
124.xxx.xxx.xxx = Corea
200.xxx.xxx.xxx = brazil
212.xxx.xxx.xxx = uk
etc etc

Yes, I think it is a great idea to give the people that finish high in their countries a gift of extra stats in the next round. Or you could even let them start out with some extra cash or hookers or something special just to provide an incentive for the rest of us that don't have the time or inclination to make 300 accounts and try to finish top 5 internationally.

As far as bailing out your friends, I don't know, I can definitely see how people could abuse that. I mean with these communal accounts that have 5 players and all of them have 100 rabbits, it would not be that hard for them to bail out whatever account they want whenever they want. And I say *** that! Let them rot in prison with the rest of us n00bs.

I dont agree with ideas to buy tickets with credits becouse when ppl will publice something like "Free credits". Also help friend to go out from jail is not good becouse then you can go from jail with your rabbits moneys, not your account money or credits. And the last proxy filters doesn't work good every time. You can used for exemple two or three proxy servers it's hard job to find them.
